Consider your request for maintenance as your notice of entry. Someone will be there to address your issue typically within 24 hours during weekdays. If not, please allow a maximum of 3 days, then follow up with us to ensure your issue gets addressed.

If we need you to let a contractor in, you will be contacted for entry. Otherwise the contractor will have a key to enter upon knocking. If you need to be provided an exact time of a contractor's arrival, please indicate that on the maintenance request in CAPS to ensure the contractor sees the message and understands.
